I live at 2114 E. Rock Creek Drive, During Fiber installation between the street and sidewalk, the machinary that was used lifted my concrete pad making an uneven unsafe surface. This has not been repaired by the installers of the Fiber. Thanks for your attention to this matter and your response.
Cresent Union Leasing Office requested my vehicle to be towed without any warning. My 2001 Chevy Tahoe was parked legally and within apts guidelines parked in their visitors parking lot approx 3am on or about June 17 and by noon the next day vehicle was gone. Stryker stated they requested the tow and when he arrived my back passenger tire was flat. Tire wasn't flat when I parked. I now have several photographs date time stamped their lot several piles of broken glass multiple days with no clean up. Unbeknownst to me when I parked and with no time to see or attempt to fix tire. So many stories of tenants and guest vehicles being towed at this complex people whom are already experiencing financial hardship lol sing your transportation...new management since. I'm stranded and vulnerable..they are required to post 24 hr warning and violated that law me and many others. Thank you for your consideration stephaniepersohn@yahoo.com 8126662549
Sidewalk on E moores is overgrown and has low hanging branches. forces pedestrians to walk closer to road.
Pothole `50ft. north of intersection (just before entrance to Tri-North Middle School) on Monroe Street hit by wide vehicles especially trailors. See attached photo
Sometime this week, someone - I did not see it happen - created a large deep crater - several feet across and maybe a foot deep - in the cul de sac on Wiltshire Court in Park Ridge East.
This car has been parked in the Lincoln street bike lane for most of the summer at this point.
My water will doubled, but I did not increase my usage significantly. Could I have my meter evaluated?
N Smith and Morningside remains dangerous with many not stopping on N Smith. Yes per Planning signs may be "visible" per the book but doesn't mean people expect and abide by them there - flashers or other item especially to protect bikers crossing at Greenway needed. Though State intersection, N. Smith and 10th also remains dangerous for turns during heavy traffic.
My mower blade came in contact with the thing on top of my meter cover. Probably broke it. :(
