Water leaking by fence behind Amaryllis Apartments.
the line of sight is blocked at the intersection of Atwater and Hawthorne when you are Hawthorne heading north.
After Dunn St changes to Atwater, Atwater curves sharply until it crosses Indiana. Trees & foliage make it impossible for pedestrians to see cars until theyre upon them. The 25mph speed limit is rarely enforced. Suggests: Signs warning drivers to drive slowly, and/or blinking yellow light at intersection, and/or increased enforcement of speed limit.
