Potholes, Other Street Repair

Case Date:
4/13/2013

On E. Convenanter Drive between S. Brooks Drive and S. Pickwick Place there is a major pothole that needs attention on a speed bump as it meets the regular road surface. The speed bump is close to the address of 2211 E. Convenanter Drive. The pot hole is on the north west side of the speed bump. I was biking on the right side of the lane and was almost taken out by this monster of a hole in the road. I think it needs to be patched before a cyclist gets hurt, especially considering the Bloomington Bike Club rides through on Convenanter to get east of town on rides.

Two large trees on an easement behind my home were struck by lightning last year. One is dead and the other is dying. These pose a significant risk to people and property if they fall. Not sure who to contact. Any information would be helpful. Thanks. Jakob

Hi. I'm writing as the vice-president of the Near Westside Neighborhood Association. At our meeting last night, we discussed the assault that took place on the B-Line April 7th. A question came up as to how often the section between Fairview and North Adams is patrolled. Most of us felt that we see officers more often in the sections to the east of Fairview. And now that there is no summer shelter, we're wondering how to ensure our safety when walking that part of the trail. Thaks for your help! Sophia Hauserman

What do the numbers on the light posts along the trail represent? Is it a distance?
