So you all going to come cut the 4 foot tall grass coming up through the sidewalks on the Maple Heights bridge or you just gonna wait another year to maintain this area like usual? You know what would be cool is if you all actually maintained the town instead of relying on people to contact you. Here's a thought: make a grid of the town, have people regularly check certain sections more than just once a year or never, and when you spot something fix it. Another thought: perhaps you all need better management.

This asshole has been leaving their trash out on the sidewalk for weeks now. lid is always open and trash scattered around

Unit 3351 another trash bag. I have reported this multiple times to property management company and / or City. I demand to see either a written warning or ticket. I live in filth in this 1,000 square foot condo for $150,000 it’s not fair to me my child or wildlife. I want an email with citation information

Sidewalks were recently replaced on two blocks of west 13th. But one half block from Fairview west to the next East-West alley was untouched. This is what it looks like. A neighbor living on this block is in a wheelchair. The sidewalk is unsafe and not navigable. Why was this half block omitted in the much needed replacement?

We do what we can to limit the public from loitering around our buildings. I have filled out a form on Lime’s website but wanted to follow up with you all as well. Homeless encampment at inner tree line of Bryan Park, near youngest kid playground area and restrooms. This should not be allowed. Leaves kids, families, and general public feel unsafe and unable to utilize the park to its full capacity l, as our taxes pay for. The general public is sympathetic to the transient population, but individuals should not be subjected to tents, clothes, needles, etc. being parked all the time in this park and all parks for that matter. There has been an uptick in homeless encampments across town.

The owner has two large dogs (black large dog and a boxer). They are left outside all the time, and they are barking at all hours. There is a fence in the backyard, but the owner has taken it apart, and the dogs get out and roam the neighborhood. This morning, the black dog was on a leash that got tangled around the boxer. The boxer was in distress. This goes on all the time, and the dogs are being mistreated and neglected.
