Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. Metal cylinder blocking gas meter was recently knocked over by a car and has never been replaced / repaired.
There is a trash bag that has been sitting on the curb since Monday 9/27/22
