turning east onto THornton from Maxwell is not safe for cyclists. Lots of potholes and loose sand and gravel in the right lane on Thornton. All of South Maxwell has a lot of very rough pavement also.
Trash overflowing from backyard, into adjoining yards, car up on blocks, danger to children, been going on for months

There is a cut out across both lanes of Rogers Street in front of the switch yard construction that is pretty significant, but seems worse when heading north.
They have cut into and filled the north bound lane of Rogers at the construction entrance to switchyard park 3 times and it’s worse than ever this time and I’m going to blow a tire. Even it out! They are pouring concrete everywhere anyway!
Third time that residence has been written up since 12/20/12
Apartment complex lawn areas are covered in dog feces.
