White and black spotted dog loose and often left outside in front yard on lead. Running around near road constantly, worried dog is going to get hurt. County animal control needs to inform owner about standards for pet ownership.
A dog owned by residents of 5725 W. Vinca Ln (Ellettsville, 47429) frequently gets loose and wanders around the neighborhood. He is not friendly, especially toward other dogs, and his behavior is getting increasingly out of control. The most recent incident was last night: he was loose in front of my house, preventing me from being able to safely return home with my dogs. His owners have been hostile when approached about the issue.
A black dog has been wandering loose around the Lion's Club on Rockport Rd. We live across the street and have a black puppy who is learning a GPS collar system. I'm always out with her. But there is an older large black dog that I've seen for several days now just wandering alone.
5 dogs left in back yard all day constantly barking
Dog was barking excessively while I was walking in my back yard. They might want to get it a bark collar
Dog barking early in the morning in the backyard
Yellow young lab. Chained outside with no adequate food or water. Shelter house has no hay/insulation. No grass, all dirt and trash. Lab too strong for disabled woman
This dog runs loose through our neighborhood and I've seen it running on the sidewalk of State Rd 46. I am always concerned it will be hit by a car and injured. I see it on my camera in my yard all the time, but today I see it and it looks like it has scratches on its back and it is limping (see picture). It seems like a friendly dog but I'm just worried about it. I believe the owner is at the address listed. I sometimes see it running around with another dog that looks very similar as well. I'm not sure if the same person owns both dogs.
The deer population in our neighborhood is totally out of control. Neighbor & her husband counted 22 deer in one area near here last night & I counted 10 in one yard yesterday. One buck has a ten point rack or larger. Often 4 buck in one herd….multiply that with major population of doe and you & I can only guess estimate the population! With Winslow Woods near by they have a wooded habitat yet hardwoods & most decent timber is being destroyed. This woods could be sequestered for a controlled bow hunt. Families could receive venison with proper processing. Im certain you’ve heard much of this before, yet please drive near Hickory Stick & surrounding area betweeng 6-8pm to inspect our concerns.
