This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. People spending the night in seminary park
Per EPA Tip or Complaint: My neighbor at 1650 W 8th Street in Bloomington, Indiana is constantly dumping his trash in his own yard. It then proceeds to blow into my yard from wind. If you check the public record of complaints against this property you will see this has been going on for literally years. Cops and local authorities(Housing and Neighborhood Development) only ever fine the tenants, and I'm getting tired of this blatant violation/ disrespect for the environment and neighbors.
The vehicle sensors on Clarizz don't seem to be detecting correctly. I have set at that intersection, and the traffic signals take a long time to change, even if there's no traffic on 3rd Street. Wasn't sure if that is the way it is supposed to be or not.
Eastbound walk light on north side of 6th, crossing walnut, has been out for weeks. The Don’t Walk is OK
Tree trimming occurred along High Street a few weeks ago. Some of the debris was removed by the company contracted to do the trimming but much more was left behind. Will further clean-up be done?
Are crosswalks going to be painted at the intersection of Hillside and High streets?
Was harassed in Kroger parking lot by people from seminary park. Asked for money, when I said no they aggressively tried to follow me. I had to run to my car to leave. Very unsafe area for Bloomington residents.
There's water accumulating on the street in front of 2041 W Arbor Ridge Way ( it can turn to ice). Please have this looked at for a possible water leak.
