2 places that I have noticed a problem: The Southwest corner of West 2nd and Patterson Drive has not been cleared. The second is a long ongoing occurrence. The deer Park property is very good at clearing their walks on the north side of hillside drive but whoever clears the lot at the apartment complex in the 1500 block plows huge mounds of snow onto the sidewalk on the north side of the street. This practice needs to be addressed.
To whom it may concern, My mother received notice from Capital Recovery regarding parking citations. The billing name is my mother's name, Debbie Sheahan. The two outstanding citation numbers are G1304060 (for $52) and G1304121 (also for $52). Please let me know the status of these, as this situation needs to be resolved for my mother's sake. I was under the impression that all payments were handled, and this is not the case. I live at 913 W. 4th St. The alley that runs between my yard and Rose Hill Cemetery has not been plowed or treated in any way since the first December snow. It is pretty much a sheet of ice now. Although not a heavily driven alley, it is used by pedestrians frequently, and I've seen several over the last week slip and fall. It's also very difficult to drive on.

A parking meter face has been blacked out by permanent marker or paint on a meter on the north side of 6th at the corner of walnut. It is the 3rd or 4th meter on 6th next to the Subway. The digital read-out is not visible due to this graffiti.
