There are several deep potholes in the alleyway behind our business @ 507 East Kirkwood Avenue. They pose a pedestrian and bicycle and driving hazard. We realize that the weather is not great for repair, but hope this can be addressed soon.
My next door neighbor, Carl James, (at 703 W. 7th Street) burns trash and plastic and Styrofoam in his wood stove. The smoke is heavy, black and acrid. It is polluting the air. I think there must be regulations against burning trash like this. We have asked him not to do this and explained to him that it creates toxins in the air. A group of neighbors chipped in and bought him two ricks of wood recently, but his son took most of it and resold it. We do not know what else to do. Can someone from the City talk to him about this? I was traveling on Liberty Drive going towards 3rd street. I hit a huge pothole that immediately broke my underarm and axle on the front of my vehicle. Ken's Towing on the west side is who towed my vehicle home. I am very displeased with the road conditions in our town. Because of the horrible road conditions I am forced to pay a very large repair bill out of pocket to my vehicle. It is estimated to cost between $700 and $1000 dollars that I do not have. I would greatly appreciated it if someone could get back to me on this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

Large pothole located between Countryside Ln and Countryview Apartments on Rockport Rd (northbound land)
106th in front of oak grove middle school and down that hill is very icy and people cannot stop
703 S Park, 705 S Park, 717 S Park, 723 S Park, and 600 S Ballantine are regularly not removing their snow/ice. It would be a great service if you could please watch this and/or provide a warning (or if warnings have not been heeded, then the appropriate city fine). The 700 block of S Park is not easy to walk down as a result of several of them clustering together and 600 S Ballantine, most winters, generally does not remove their sidewalk snow/ice making that corner a dangerous one to walk on. From Tapp Rd. to Hickory Leaf Dr. on Leonard Springs Road there is a big pot hole, plus a pot hole as you turn on to Hickory Leaf Dr.
