Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. I live at 815 N Park Ave, Bloomington IN 47408, and recently the Trains that pass through at night have been blaring their horns unabashedly. Is there a way that we can request the train operators to refrain from using the horns late at night? This is only a recent issue, but it has woken me up 3 times in the past four nights between the hours of 11:30pm and 3am. Thank you, Evan Dalton
