A tree at the corner of this property may be a city tree) is covered with poison ivy.

3522 E Morningside Drive has really high grass. There are notices on the door and garage that look like they are going to blow away. This is a recurring issue as no one lives at the address and I believe the owner of the property lives out of state. There should be a way to get ahold of the owner. Whatever is being done is not working.
