Baker represents the Winslow Farm Community Assoc., Inc. He would like the City to take over the street lights on Sweetbriar. These streets have not been accepted by the City at this time. Upon Mr. Baker talking to Tim Wininger, Jr. he was informed that "WSG has never asked for a final street inspection in any other subdivision why should they start now". He would like the City to inspect streets and take over the lights. Public Works is looking into the matter of the street lights

There are two dumpsters behind Nick's that have been pushed back and are blocking parking for the tenants in 424 1/2 E. 6th Street.
At the corner of 9th street and Park there is piles of gabage on the sidewalk. There is also all kinds of junk piled up around and on vehicles on 10th St. just north of the park. Some of those vehicles may be abandoned. There is one house that has trash and junk everywhere on 10th st. this area look like trash We received an e-mail from their neighbor.
Missed pick-up/Please pick up Pizza boxes & paper bag of trash. Thanks,Penny
They have two mounds of trash on the sidewalk that needs removed. It causes a rat problem/
