This couch frame has been sitting by BDLC’s dumpster behind their building for weeks. Mice have taken up residence there. This is an eyesore and a sanitary issue.

S Covey Lane has yet to be plowed as of Tuesday afternoon... it is a dead-end road, but it seems unusual to not be plowed out by Tuesday following a Sunday storm... someone else mentioned that in past years it would have been plowed on Sunday night and then again on Monday, and that sounds about right.

Covey Lane, south of Miller, has significantly deteriorated. Most of this span is covered in cracks, there are several potholes, and a portion of it several square feet large has its top laters missing. This intersection is a fatality waiting to happen. I just watched an inattentive driver blow straight through the stop sign coming south on Covenanter. If the driver already stopped on Cadillac hadn’t been paying attention when they had the right of way, they would have been t boned by an suv traveling over 35mph. The intersection is too large and really should be a roundabout

Some neighbors on Buttonwood Lane in Spicewood II (a sign is placed on Sare Road) have a coffee, baked goods sale every Sunday in their driveway. This has been going on for over 6 months. Doesn’t the kitchen have to be licensed? A week or 2 seemed ok but this is going on forever. I think a percentage of revenue goes to charity. ??
