Clogged storm water drain. Full of debris. Very slow drain. This is second request.
Front yard overgrown with weeds (over 12"). Pampas grass in tree plot was trimmed a few weeks ago but is now obstructing sidewalk again.
Trash in white trash bags at the curb. Sanitation will not pick up.

Completely blocked storm drain just past the stop sign at West McDonald's on Franklin Road. Plus, lots of that foliage should be cut away.
The lights in Peoples Park along the eastern edge of the park and on the 507 E. Kirkwood Avenue building are not operating, creating a haven at night for an overnight encampment of people, various belongings, litter, etc. The lights shine into the Park to create more visibility/safety for pedestrians/visitors.
Large stand of invasive bamboo. Per HAND dept, this should be eradicated.(Housing and Neighborhood Dev't)
