My neighbors at 279 E Varsity Ln play music that is so loud it shakes the wall of our apartment. It goes on for all hours of the day and we have asked them and the property managers to put a stop to it and nothing has been done. There is also a very strong distinct odor of marijuana coming from their apartment that is rather bothersome because we can smell it in our apartment.
The following streets are in need total repaving. S Park Sq Rd and S Endwright Rd. They have been neglected far to long. Just filling the pot holes for the last seven years isn't getting it. If you had to drive these streets everyday you would want them repaved asap. I know the residents and then school on these streets would be greatful.

Eastbound 10th from campus across college (big bypass intersection) has a couple potholes closer to the IU side. Not big yet but getting there so nice to have patched before they are.
Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. I paid him and called the number again and they told me that the city rules don't apply to them> I don't understand if they are operating in town, how come they can violate the city rules like that? I live in the highland village neighborhood on the same side of 3rd street as CVS, just across curry pike. I want to know why there are no walk signs on curry pike and 3rd st, making it nearly impossible to cross the road safely. I live a 6 minute walk from fresh thyme, yet have to drive there to feel safe. for a city that says it is trying to focus on walkability and sustainability, this is an enormous oversight. i demand walk signs on curry pike.
