Peterman Brothers sign in the grass next to the road at 1102 E First.
Also, closer to the corner of that block there is a 'For Rent' sign, white sign with large black letters. I wonder if that should be in the yard and not where it is now.
The one at the corner of E First and Eagleson has been removed.

I just wanted to write a thank you to everyone who responded to my request for help with need to get old utilities pole down in my backyard and repairs to ground cover/shrub, grass. Duke Energy came immediate this Monday to survey situation. AT&T took down the old pole this week, too. Now Duke Energy needs to return to fix grass/ground cover/shrub issue. They said they would and I have a call into them. Many thanks to all for the speedy work.

I have been threatened on Clear Creek trail before. It does not feel safe, especially when alone. I am an advocate for those unhoused but to have a camp with individuals experiencing significant instabilities next to a remote trail with little police presence is unsafe.
There are connections between safety and those who are not stably housed, so location matters as to where camping should be allowed in a way that can be monitored better than the current "wild west out-of-sight approach" of the present City Administration. Strangers are more likely to be victims of crimes committed by homeless individuals than rates from housed perpetrators. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7641002/
Beyond the unhoused, in general a greater safety presence on trails would be appreciated. Call boxes for emergencies for instance and other options are fine beyond standard law enforcement. Even just public safety "parks patrol" non-LEO would honestly be even better than LEO.

It is incredibly confusing and potentially dangerous for a road to have multiple names. I just recently moved to Bloomington and think everyone can benefit from every road having only 1 name.
