The lamp posts on Kirkwood between Walnut & Washington have been out for a few weeks. Is there a reason for this. I manage the Uptown Cafe and it gets fairly dark without these lamp posts.

Several cats (at least 4)in the neighborhood of Village Ct & Westwood Drive that are unlicensed and running loose. They stir up the dogs in the neighborhood who bark after Quiet Nights hours of 9pm and mostly bark at 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 a.m.
Curry Pike is nearly always left snow covered while other streets like w. 3rd and Bloomfield Road are well cleared. Who is responsible for Curry Pk, the City or County?
Alley that runs N/S and intersects with the E/W "Grazie" alley. More loose trash and overflowing dumpster piling into the alley.

These scooters have been parked along the curb of an on-street handicap parking space at the corner of Grant St. and Kirkwood Ave.
