Third report: Dead crab apple tree in front of 715 West 13th St. I reported this last year, no response. I reported it earlier this spring and was informed that crab apples are low on your priority list. While I of course understand that emergencies come first, I don't quite believe that every day there are trees down blocking the roads. This is on a public street, with some involvement in wires, and it is a city responsibility. I would at least like to hear that it is on your list. Thank you.

2 years weed overgrowth on city property blocks the view of my parents driveway at 918 west 2nd street Bloomington in
He’s a disabled veteran with declining health. I do no wish him to be killed simply for pulling out onto second street due to weeds blocking the view of the road!
We have complained before and it keeps happening! Please enforce!

Between 4pm and 6pm traffic is usually backed up on Smith rd. If there was a left turn signal for however long or adjust the green on Smith rd an extra 20 seconds could also help during those time frame.

2 dogs at 121 Roundtree Ct Ellettsville. Both dogs look like they haven't eaten in weeks. 1 dog is a black dog. She is so skinny you can see the rib bones and the 2nd dog is a husky. He is left in his crate all day. From the outside of the property you can smell cat urine. There are 2-3 cats in the basement urinating on everything. It is a terrible smell and horrible to see dogs and cats in such conditions. Homeowners/pet owners are Andrew and Christina Ward.

City council members get paid thousands to make decisions about the quality of life for the citizens of Bloomington and the employees who work for them. However, they do not consistently show up to do the work. This is unacceptable as all employees are required to show up to work or are fired, and given the current climate and time of year - the council is not raising pay consistent with inflation (only 5%?) but is hearing budgets to use funds in other ways? Very confused about the hypocriticism. You all should be keeping up with the adjacent county meetings also as they stated on record they expected to keep with inflation at 9.5%…. Yet funnily enough all the fees in town should be raised and yet both governments aren’t putting that money back into the pockets of the local economy by sticking at a much lower rate. If we are gonna keep paying council to not show up for work and just assert their opinions and vote for personal gain, then at least be fair and use funds for all employees.
