Can the City remove a deceased raccoon - rather large - off to the side of Kinzer Pike, partially on the grass & sidewalk? The poor creature is just south of Skyline, about 3 or 4 houses south of Skyline. Thank you.

Yard is overgrown and not maintained. This house is on the National Registry of Historic Sites and shouldn’t be so ignored by the owners. The whole neighborhood has noticed. The house is almost hidden by overgrowth.
