The water fountain by the large shelter house does not work.

The playground bathrooms are both locked, this is the third time I’ve visited this playground with the restrooms unavailable. Really a bummer for the kiddos to stop playing because we have to leave to find a bathroom
I was walking the trail with my kids and a large scary homeless man started hurling insults and curse words at me or someone close to me. I’ve seen him do this multiple times and he is making impossible and even dangerous for people to visit Cascades.
Witnessed a transient using a park for his toilet. Wasn’t a pretty sight seeing him with his pants at his ankles squatting down close to children and families enjoying the playground. Very upsetting to see such disrespect to a beautiful space
There is what appears to be vomit at the top of the orange slide. It was there Tuesdaya and Wednesday night when my children went to play. I reported this under case #183662 but forgot to attach a location. Thanks!
Hello, The volleyball court at Lower Cascades is falling apart. The net is pulled down and full of holes. Also the grass is creeping on the sand which does not make it a well defined court. The sand is also full of twigs and rocks. In addition, the nearby streetlight does not turn on so we can not keep playing after dark. My friends and I meet here every week to play because the Bryan park court is always taken. For all its faults it is dear to us so please fix it up so we and others may enjoy it for much longer. Thank you, Arin S.
What appears like a noose hanging from a tree across from the playground and bridge In Lower Cascades Park.
Bridge area between each section is weak. It has weak boards. If the steps were alternating colors it would be helpful to people with low vision.
From the bridge above the Falls Shelter at Lower cascades were abandoned power poles, wires and overhead lamps. The wire and some parts and salvage value - copper is what - $4/lb. A theft appears to have taken place - 100 lbs + of wire - the wires gone, the metal gone, but the removal was done in haste because the trail is littered with chards of glass, plastic and metal pieces, including the wire nuts used with the lamps. What remains is a wooden lamp post and the attached electrical box which would have been difficult to salvage. I figure a theft, because the nation is riddled with wire thefts - irrigation wires on farms, new wire stripped from houses under construction, etc. The remaining litter is a hazard to walkers and runners, and it will take some time to clean it all up.
