The sidewalk on 7th street between Walnut and College is still covered in snow and ice. Most people are walking across the Taco Bell parking lot and cutting across the landscaping at One City Center in order to reach the One City Center building b/c that way is easier to walk on than the icy sidewalk. It would be greatly appreciated if the sidewalk could be cleared. the other sidewalks in this area are already clear and clean. Thank you!

The sidewalk surrounding Taco Bell on the corner of 7th and Walnut is impassable. It is a lethal hazard. Can you ask them to clear it? Walk it yourself to see. Thank you

before the site redesign, i remember it being easier to tell the city council meetings from the committee of the whole meetings. now both in the calendar and in the agendas page, they are both just "Common Council Meeting." also, the calendar entry for upcoming meetings should have a link to the agenda/packet, since the upcoming calendar days are prominently displayed. also, maybe the agenda/meetings page should be sorted by descending date, and not have a bunch of blank entries for meetings without documents yet? basically, in order to see the agenda we shouldn't have to go to a page and then scroll halfway down it to today's date. and we certainly shouldn't have to download the whole agenda to see if it's a committee of the whole meeting. anyways, thanks!

Parking meter on north side of 7th between Walnut and College — has coin slot and says coins accepted, but digital readout says card only. I didn’t see the digital readout until I had already put money in the coin slot. Had to move my car to another parking place. I know this has also happened to other people on other blocks. What’s the deal? So inconvenient.

Hello, I'm attempting to get this resolved before it becomes a hard frozen hazard as it has in year's past. This is the sidewalk next to Taco Bell at 7th & Walnut. It is also the only way I can get to One City Centre from the Walnut Street Garage. I don't understand how they get a "pass" on sidewalk cleanup, yet CFC is very prompt about clearing the walk way (see clear sidewalk on horizon of attached photo). BT Access client upset with new scheduling system. Feels half-hour window is too much. Feels BT did not include drivers and/or passengers in process and that "communication was zero". Needs consistency in scheduling her pickups.

Objects to new BT Access scheduling system. Not enough communication with riders. Regular users of system need predictability. BT has not shown compassion or attention to the concerns that they've been given.
