Hello, we have a Pin Oak tree to the west of our home that was affected by the storm. We wanted to check to see if this tree is on city property. While looking at the GIS it looks like our property line starts at our basketball hoop and the tree is to the west of that line. There are branches that are loose and it looks like there has been a lot of woodpecker activity in the past that is creating damage. Could someone please come out and inspect the tree and let us know what you think? We would love to keep the tree if possible, but safety-wise we would like to have it checked/trimmed up. There was a utility project in the Spicewood subdivision over the winter. The streets through the neighborhood have been severely damaged. I looked on the city paving schedule and did not see a project listed to fix the damage that was caused by the project. Is the city coming back to fix the roads? It's huge eyesore and really poor patching jobs for the damage that was done.

Our recycling can went missing this morning- 4217 E. Morningside dr. It was there when I left for work- missing when I came home for lunch. Neighbors all have theirs.
