: on college mall road in front of five gys resturant, when who ever mows there always leaves the grass in the road along college mall road. it clogs up the sewer drains there . it tends to flood the sometimes.
owned parcels on West cottage Grove east of Monroe Street are overgrown and obstructing sidewalk passage. This is the only sidewalk and poison ivy and brush make it difficult to navigate. There's a tree marked for removal that needs addressed before it causes injury or property damage. This has been reported before.
Please trim the branches that overhang the short bike path that runs between South Rogers Street and South Madison Street on what would have been West Ralston Street (If it were a street and not a bike path). Thank you.
About ten "Bird" scooters are parked on the street on Grant just north of 7th. There is no scooter corral at this location, and they are blocking a parking spot for cars.
On Morton next to Zagreb's, a delivery truck will block Morton between Kirkwood and 6th so traffic cannot get through. Happens regularly.

I'm having issues with the UReport website wherein my attempts to submit forms for excessive growth have been unsuccessful. I have been able to reach step 3, but then get hit with a message that says something along the lines of "form processing" or "form submitting." A look at recently submitted reports finds no record of my attempts to submit. It's possible the issue is with my laptop/internet but I'm more inclined to blame the UReport website for these issues.
The house at the corner of Clifton and E First Street (I think it is 713 Clifton) often has 2 dogs in the yard that ferociously bark at pedestrians who use the sidewalk there (there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street). I walk there after dark occasionally and the first time they just about gave me a heart attack. I was afraid the German shepherd would jump over the fence and attack me.
