on Smith Rd at the intersection with Washington St, The Project School blocks the road from 7:45-8:00 daily. They have a crossing guard blocking the street, not to direct traffic, but to prevent any one from driving down the road. they say they have an agreement with teh city. Is this actually the case? It is making my commute to work longer than necessary.
At the location of 11th Street and Fee Lane, customer reports a broken storm grate in the street.
In front of Boys club across from 3rd Street park, the storm drains are clogged.
Siscoe residence, 1009 E Miller Drive has people living permanently in a tent behind the house. I don't think they are allowed access indoor plumbing or bathroom. There is also open drug use by these persons.
