Over the weekend, tenants had a bonfire on the NW corner of the building directly underneath power/utility lines. Probably illegal, but more important it was dangerous.

City owned parcels on West cottage Grove east of Monroe Street are overgrown and obstructing sidewalk passage. This is the only sidewalk and poison ivy and brush make it difficult to navigate. There's a tree marked for removal that needs addressed before it causes injury or property damage. This has been reported before.
Side walk is uneven. I fell just walking on the sidewalk because of the sidewalk . I learned my son and 2 roommates tripped earlier. I reported it to an employee and he said he has tripped but it’s a city issue. I am 60 years old and feel fortunate I was able to quickly put my hands down so I did not land on my face. This is a big injury waiting to happen
The storm sewer grate at the end of Olive St where it intersects with Hillside Dr is installed so that the holes are parallel to the direction of travel, and thus bicycle wheels can fall into them. Best practices for safe infrastructure should install them facing the other direction.
The southwest corner of 3rd and Walnut has a curb ramp that is too high. It's one inch and shouldn't be over 1/2." So if a person with a rollator is going to up that ramp, their wheels hit and it the top goes forward and the wheels don't go up. This happened to a blind person I was escorting. It needs an asphalt patch to smooth it out and make it traversable.
3620 S. Kingsbury Ave. Debris in front yard from the storm we had a couple months ago. Shrubs are overgrown. Some limbs from storm hanging in the downspout on the west side of the house. Property looks very unkempt unlike the rest of the homes on our street.
Similar to cases #182197 and #193097. New tenants are using the entrance to the alley in back of the house (along 11th Street) as a third parking space, blocking access to a public thoroughfare. There are only two parking spots at this house, those directly in front of the garage.
There are two potholes almost in front of our mailbox. People hit these potholes at high rates of speed on Kinser Pike, and at sometimes it sounds like an explosion has happening out front when people’s tires hit the potholes.
There car parked on grass with gravel
The traffic light on N Walnut Street at State Road 45 Bypass is very short for northbound cars about 5 pm. The light was yellow by just the third car and this is a busy intersection, especially during rush hour. Could the timing be adjusted? Thanks.
