At the intersection of Lower Cascades Rd. and Walnut Street (north end), re the signal as you sit on Lower Cascades Rd. facing east: The red portion of the three lights is out and has been for a couple of weeks or so. Yellow and green are fine, and there is a second signal adjacent to it on the left, which is fine so traffic is not hindered. Thank you!

UReport #186597 not being responded to. Were these changes permitted?

Re: case #186498 why was this closed as a non response? The statement made was that CBU has special equipment. Isn’t that the case for many departments such a street? However, this expansion has been presented as for the move of administrative staff members. Does the director of CBU operate street sweepers or am I missing something? This seems like a response that is not inclusive. I think the community is well aware that the police force also has special equipment including but not limited to the bear cat vehicle, however it seems the plan is to move police into the central city hall location. Not sure how this plan matches up with the promise to consider all opinions, views, community members, and is certainly not mindful or inclusive of all city departments.

When I came out to retrieve y recycling cart, it had only been partly emptied and was still half full with cardboard and paper. Can you return for a pickup—I left the cart by the street at the end of the driveway. I am not at home right now, but will include a photo later today if needed. Than you much, Susanne.

Lots of trash in the waterway areas visible when walking from the parking lot at Switchyard Park off of South Walnut toward the stage area. I would be happy to help clean it up with a crew sometime.

Our trash can lid was damaged this morning during pick up. One of the hinges was broken. It was fully operational when it was placed at the curb last night. How can this be repaired?

Dear Rhea,
my address is 4426 E. Sheffield Drive 47408. I am also appending a picture. I would normally not bother, but the can is still half full.
I actually had entered the address in the window of the original request, but somehow it disappears (I had to enter it twice). I replied to your e-mail request, but noticed this morning that your request came from a "no-reply" sender. I tried to open the u-report case, but couldn't. So I am simply filing a new request. Please mention to your webn techs that the site does not seem to function.
Be that as it may, I hope you can get to it yet today. The can is still at the curb.
Many thanks, Susanne.
