Hello, I couldn't find a more appropriate forum or contact information to use for this concern. I'm not sure if there are anymore movies in Bryan Park for the season, so if not maybe this could be applied to next year. I am wondering if the event could have a sort of rule for bringing lawn chairs. It would be really nice if folks bringing lawn/camp chairs could sit on one side and others with blankets and sitting on the ground could sit on another side. I was grateful to spend time with a friend watching a movie put on by the parks system. We came early and were prepared with blankets but ended up having to rearrange everything multiple times before and during the movie because of individuals coming in and setting up chairs in front of us, therefore blocking the screens. I know that there were plenty of people around us with the same issues. I think having a split down the middle of the lawn would be an easy way to make this a non-issue. (I am not including folks who need adaptive seating, as theirs' should always be a primary concern and I assume there is a place in front for accessible spots already in place.) Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County is working at the SE corner of 17th and Fee on the IU campus. The attached picture shows a water outlet cover that is broken.

In the southbound lane of the 46 Bypass between 10th St and 7th St, south of the entrance to Eastgate Lane and parallel to the dead end of the western leg of Eastgate Lane, there is a dead cat.

4404 weymouth Lane. Foliage needs trimmed back from sidewalk.

Four scooters were parked at 7:45 today transversely on the sidewalk on fourth street next to Taste of India. They are blocking the sidewalk. If someone with a wheelchair of a baby stroller gets to this point, they won't be able to use the sidewalk. This is just an example, but in general these scooters, which have recently appeared in Bloomington, are usually badly parked. Also it should not be allowed to ride these scooters on sidewalks since they travel very fast! Please do something to regulate the usage of the scooters. Best regards, Carmen
