The dumpsters at the Day Care at the above address are overflowing with diapers and miscellaneous trash. The dumpster is not enclosed. Roberts wanted to know if by code they are not required to enclose the dumpster area. The dumpster is emptied 2 times a week, but in between these times the trash is overflowing, normally dirty diapers, which is a nuisance. The trash is normally in the back of the Day Care which is behind Roberts house. Can anything be done? He stated he has called on thi
