The railing on the north side of the overpass between the B-line and College is damaged. Some of the uprights appear to have broken off and the fence is listing into the sidewalk. There have been spot repairs here before--I reported one last year. A spot repair would be good, but I suspect something more permanent needs to be done.
I recently filed uReport #182962 regarding a stop sign and street sign. The stop sign was fixed but the sign crew took the street sign. Will it be replaced?

The vacant lot at 2903 W Third Street is not well-kept and contains overgrowth, weeds, a decaying dumpster enclosure, litter, and is a generally unsightly property. I feel it is hurting the appeal of local businesses, escpecially the AMC theatre which is directly next to it.
The AMc theatre on the east side off of College Mall Road is rife with trash and litter that is starting to spread onto the public sidewalks and elsewhere.

There is a homeless guy that stands at the corner of 3rd st and Liberty. This personneeds to be checked out cause he will walk out in front of you for you to see his sign. And he dances close to the curb also. This is distracting for drivers. The city needs to do something about this.
