Maybe it is time to remember the tenants that the broken office chair that they first had in front of their house for weeks, but then moved towards the neighbor house at 1805 Southdowns, will not magically disappear unless they call the Sanitation Department for an extra trash pickup.

Someone abandoned a lime bike in the alley between Madison and hillside, just off of south rogers st. It's been there for over a week.
There is a large pipe knocked down from the corner of South Rogers Street and Hillside, it is laying on the sidewalk.

Hello! The alley that runs north/south and which is located between Lincoln and Grant streets is eroding badly (particularly after the torrential downpour of March 5th). It is to the point where it is getting deep ruts that make it very difficult to drive on safely. This alley is used by all the houses located along the south block of these main streets. It would be much appreciated if the City could send a crew to repair the alley so that it’s safe to drive on again. Thank you!
