Linda said that the house is falling apart. The siding is getting moldy, the fence is collapsing, the grass is very high, shrubbery is overgrown. Lots of rodents coming and going.

The tenants at this address recently moved out. They have left trash on the front porch that is rotting and leaking everywhere. She has also left items at the back garage as well. They are worried about rodents.
