The Regions drive-thru bank has not cleared their sidewalks and even worse the intersection walkways are not cleared at Kirkwood and Rogers so we have to cross Rogers mid-block, through the traffic, into the driveway of the Circle K where cars are driving in and out. The Regions should be contacted (and fined) but I also wonder if the City should be sending out smaller plows (like you use on the B-line) to clear the intersection pedestrian crossing spaces that are now snow mounds from the City street plows all over the city.
There is a fence haphazardly blocking an alley with a large pole that I hit my car on

There is a fence haphazardly placed in the alley behind Malibu Grill that is sticking out into the alley that it meets going east west with a pole sticking out, blocking it that I just hit my car on
There is a hole in the alleyway that causes a significant risk to pedestrians. This is just near the sidewalk area and pedestrian entrance to the 4th Street Parking garage. We have placed our own cones near the hole to try to protect folks, but the cones have been moved several times for cars to use the alley. This is an immediate hazard that needs to be fixed ASAP. Thanks, Brian
One week after the snow stopped a very poor job of keeping the sidewalk clear on Dunn at Fourth and a cross walk inaccessible Next to the City's parking lot. Who is responsible?
The public sidewalk was never shoveled in front of the Lincoln Square Pancake House. This photo was taken at 4:04 PM on February 1, 2026 – SEVEN days after the end of the last snowstorm.
The public sidewalk in front of the Hampton Inn needs more shoveling. Salt alone will not suffice, because there's too much snow left on the sidewalk. Photo taken 2026 Feb 1 – 4:00 PM
The public sidewalks in front of Parkview Apartments are still completely unshoveled. The northern end of their sidewalk on Walnut Street is much like an ice rink. There may have been a burst water pipe. It's treacherous for pedestrians, and they seem to have done nothing to resolve the hazard. Photo taken 2026 Feb 1 – 3:54 PM
