Mr. Cullers feels that the culvert is undersized causing a drainage problem. The City did work in this area a few months ago. The City installed bars across the culvert causing a backup of water. Mr. Cullers crawl space has flooded.

Tim concerned that a closet built into a new home at this location was projecting too close to Clark St. I have tape-measured the approximate distance and believe ti meets the setbacks for the zone. at the corner of Reba & Judd Ave drainage problem due to the building of 2 houses on Reba being done by Richard Deckard. A school bus got stuck in the water, people are taking photos.
Water is runing onto property and ponding due to grading work done when the new Templeton School was built. Mr. Hatton was in today to tell us of a drainage problem at his address. He says the drainage problem has resulted from the regrading done when the new Templeton School was built.
