Want to actually promote affordable housing? Utilize the stock we have. Instantly create beds by eliminating artificial 3 person cap on houses that can easily and safely house more. Does anyone know what is going on at 4224 East Penn Ct? This is the home that had the terrible fire damage. It now appears that someone is living there, and are converting it into some sort of art installation/ haunted house. The entire front yard is fenced in, including the driveway. I checked GIS and a sale has not been made since Mark Harper purchased it in 2013. Any insight into what is going on down there would be great. I mean, the windows are all still boarded up. Is someone squatting there??
