I would like to report multiple issues with stoplights:
1. A left turn arrow is given when driving North on Rogers at Country Club, even when there is no car in the turn lane. Drivers going south are forced to wait un-necessarily.
2. A left turn arrow is given when driving South on Walnut at Hillside, even when there is no car in the turn lane. Drivers going north are forced to wait un-necessarily.
3. A left turn arrow is given when driving North on Walnut at Grimes, even when there is no car in the turn lane. Drivers going south are forced to wait un-necessarily.
4. The light at Patterson and Fairview St. seems to be mis-timed, at night only. It will often be green longer for drivers on Fairview (despite it being a very small road) then for drivers on Rogers. I have seen times where 8-10 cars were lined up at the light and it would switch to green, and not even be green long enough to allow all the cars to make it thru the light.

Front yard of 704 W Dodds has been covered with large sheets of black plastic for 1.5 years. That is long enough to kill what was under it and come back with new landscaping or whatever he is trying to do. Please make him respect his neighbors and remove the plastic sheeting.

2nd St and Morton St. Approximately 540 S Morton St. There is a huge chunk of asphalt missing which makes the southbound lane un-driveable.

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

The roundabout curbs on Tapp Road and Fullerton Pike need to be painted with REFLECTIVE paint. It is extremely difficult to see them in low-light conditions. I am a cautious driver, yet I have difficulty following their curves, and end up driving on them _often_ at night. Please, please paint these curbs with reflective material!!!

Potholes, Other Street Repair

Along Janet Drive on the east side of the city, there are several potholes that just need to be looked at once the weather allows. The form is not allowing me to put a location in the "location" field, but if you look up and down Janet Drive (only about a half-mile long), you'll notice 5 or 6 areas that need to just be patched up. Behind our property there are depressed areas in the field which appear to be getting bigger. During a recent rain storm my daughter indicated that you could hear water running under them. Not entirely clear if they are directly over the drainage piping that runs into our back yard/creek-bed but they're close enough that if one of the pipes was cracked or compromised it would likely create a sink hole. Would like to have someone come check it out just to make sure that it's safe to be around.
