Signal at 2800 S Buick Cadillac Dr & 800 S College Mall Rd needs to be RE-PROGRAMMED. I've waited early mornings on College Mall Rd for nearly a minute or more for absolutely no traffic on Buick Cadillac. Even during daylight traffic stopped in College Mall Rd seems too long waiting for no traffic exiting out of Buick Cadillac or the Apts on west side.
