Yard unkept and not mowed. Shrubbery blocking sidewalks. This guy only cuts grass maybe 3-4 times a year, most likely after city notices.

Few water meters are protruding on the side walk near 'Bent tree' entrance area. My relatives visiting from Maryland went running in the morning and told us to report.

The two south pickleball court nets have holes in them. The one nearest the parking has the tape's treads undone so the ball slips through. We used the warbands from a N95 mas to tie it up. Helps a little.

At the intersection of 8th and Hillsdale there is excessice over growth so that you can't see the stop sign and it hangs so branches touch the roof of vehicle causing scratches. Additionally, you have to merge into Hillsdale to see oncoming traffic.

There is a huge bush/tree that has grown over the sidewalk making it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. Anyone pushing a baby buggy/stroller cannot pass.

The EASEMENT to this property is on Habitat Street. It is STILL overgrown and blocking the sight line of traffic. Some are about 4ft tall now. If it is not the responsibility of this property owner, whose it?!
