the traffic light at the corner of high street and hillside drive (moose's pike) needs fixing. going south on high street, the arrow to go left (east) onto moose's pike ALWAYS activates, with no cars there. it stays a long time, disrupting traffic in all directions.

Complaint of a hole approximately 20 inches in diameter and 2-2 1/2 feet deep in the grassy area between the road and the sidewalk. She can see a pipe at the bottom of the hole.
