There is a homeless camp behind our subdivision, Shady Acres at 708 S.Cory Lane. They have been walking through here to access the main roads. Recently I found out that a house was sold next door to my sister's home at 700 Parkway South in Bloominton. This home is being used as a half way house. It is in a resendental neighborhood. What is the rules concerning having such an establishment next door? Are you suppossed to be notified?
