The tree in my neighbor's yard at 621 W 4th St has been falling on my yard, limb by limb for over a decade. This time, a limb about 13 inches in diameter and over 10 ft in length fell. a newly planted evergreen tree sustained significant damage. In the past there has been damage to our siding, a gutter and each time has broken things on our porch. I am terrified that a limb will fall on a person or that the whole tree will come down on the back of our house, which is where we sleep. I'm also worried about the cost to replace the over $3000 worth of trees and shrub we have planted in the last 4 years and more importantly the impossibility to replace the growth on all of these. The tree is a dangerous nuisance and I would like to know if the city might urge the owner to at least trim out the dead stuff, if not cut down the whole tree.

I sent in a concern several weeks/months ago regarding this area and nothing has been done. There are cars and trucks that park on the east side of Auto Mall Rd, especially up to the point where people leave the Smile Doctors parking area and have a difficult time pulling out as they cannot see oncoming traffic from the south side coming from the Kroger area. I believe this area was once painted with yellow no parking paint, but it is being ignored as it is worn off an no one is enforcing it. It is very frustrating and there will be an accident sometime soon! Please paint the curb immediately!

This is the third time now that I have walked the B-line over the Patterson foot bridge to switch yard and all of the lights along the b-line between the two are out. This has always between the hours of sunset and 10 PM. I just worry it is hazardous because if someone was riding a bike, they could easily come up on someone they don’t see and hit them if either party doesn’t have a light. Of course, ideally people would have lights, but I’ve found they rarely do when walking the B-line especially in the early evening hours. I’m sorry I didn’t get numbers for the lights because there was about 30 in total. I was counting them but forgot about the numbers- the last one I saw that was out was BL 38 in switchyard, but literally every light from that to Patterson was out on both the north and south paths of the b-line. I hope it doesn’t seem like I am being a stickler reporting this multiple times. It’s just so dark in that stretch with no lights and the tree coverage, it feels rather dangerous in terms of potential accidental collisions. Thank you for looking into this matter! Neither my husband nor I received notification of the water main break last night that lead to no running water for several hours. The bench on the Creeks Edge path has collapsed. It's used regularly by Evergreen residents. It's directly east of the southernmost apartment building on Creeks Edge Dr and between the .25 and .5 mile markers on the path.

3rd report - 3rd week - same issue. Lights out on b-line trail between splash pad and pickleball at switchyard. Saw the security guys truck - does he not report these outages? When will it be fixed? You have closed two prior u-reports, but never fixed this issue.
