Truck parked on sidewalk on West side of college just north of the train bridge at about 11th Street. The truck is Lamar advertising. They are here to work on the billboard across the street.
New 'Student Painters' sign at the corner of Patterson and W Second. I don't know how long the company gets to remove signs after the NOV, but the one at the corner of E Third/Atwater/Dunn Street is still there, and also the one at Rogers and 6th (first reported on May 6).

Numerous rocks in storm and field drain at 1100 S. Nancy Street. We are afraid they will clog the city's drainage system. Please save retrieved rocks for filling in the the storm drain system on our property.
Stop pursuing opposing goals. You now have a form to more vigorously enforce a stupid policy of artificially limiting occupancy without a clear connection to size, parking, etc. While you also want to increase density? So let's get this right ... You want to build expensive structures (which I don't oppose) when you could create that many beds by simply dropping the archaic anti-modern family rule of capping huge units at three people for no reason? Think this through. We have empty unutilized bedrooms in this town. You're being held hostage by special interests. We need creative and real solutions to affordability. They exist.
