Visitors have no downtown visitor center for restrooms. My office is in fountain square, and parents w their students, as well as out-of-town visitors look for public bathrooms. It’s kind of gross that they have to go to the library or back to student apartment while they’re downtown. Do we want visitors to feel welcome? Thank you for your consideration.
Street light at intersection of E Deckard Drive and E Kinser Drive in the Eastern Heights neighborhood cycles on and off leaving the intersection unlit at times.

potholes getting deeper
There is a traffic circle here that some people treat as a traffic circle and some people treat as a Y intersection. Some "one way" signs at the circle would help to clarify this intersection. Thank you.
