Trash
1205 S Washington ST
- Case Date:
- 4/1/2013
Hello - I sent an email to sanitation department Wednesday morning but haven't heard back so trying this route... I live at 1205 S Washington St and our trash can went missing sometime between 1am and 9am early Tuesday morning. I've sent a note around to the neighborhood email list in hopes that someone will notice a random one abandoned in their yard. But so far no one has. A neighbor thinks he may have heard it traveling north on Lincoln near the intersection of Dodds around 2am). What's the next step? We don't produce much trash so could likely skip a week of trash pickup if there's a chance it'll be spotted by your tracking equipment elsewhere. Thanks for your help, Jenn
Trash around the property that needs to be picked up. Please check the property for weed issues as well. Using property as a dumping ground and is dumping ground for broken cement blocks and other stuff. Check to see if he is violating outside storage ordinance.
There is trash all over the front porch and there are broken windows all over the house that have been covered up with cardboard and duck tape.
Pile of debris. Also check the grass.
Mr. Richard Clemmons, lives across street @ 1208 and called to complain about groundhogs all over 1205 and coming into his garage, he called animal control and they told him to call us, unless they enter his home. (?) At any rate he said the abandoned home has not been lived in for 10+ yrs and door is boarded up and he state looks like roof is caving at one corner.
Neighbor said property is vacant. Structure foundation is open and built on 2 x 4's laid on dirt.
trash throughout yard, house in state of disrepair: windows without any coverings on side of house, unsafe structure, bush into alley,
Yard need to be mowed.
Neighbor says there are ppiles of trash, house used as storage, foundation unsecured -- open to children.
