The person on the customer service line (-3700) was extremely helpful and was able to get my garden plot reserved. What a great city employee. Name may have been Andy.

I was recently in Bloomington and saw the giant electric buses driving around. I wanted to point out that you could waste taxpayer money faster by just placing it directly into any toilet and depressing the flush lever.
There is a fallen tree trunk blocking the sidewalk facing Allen St, between Adams St and Larkspur Lane.
Neighbor has accumulated two or more inoperable vehicles. They are becoming a nuisance and hazard for other passing motorist.
On Pete Ellis Drive at the railroad tracks just South of the East side Post Office: there are trees that have fallen and are blocking the sidewalk and other trees that look precarious and are leaning over that area. This is a safety issue and an accessibility issue for those in a wheelchair or walking or walking with a baby stroller. This is probably due to the tornado damage in the area, but this needs an immediate resolution. Thank you.
This crosswalk is completely warn off and cars never stop. Please repaint. A sign showing cars the cross walk would be wonderful too!
There are bulges pf asphalt appearing all over the city's streets. It is as if someone just pulled up with a dump truck and dumped piles of perfectly usable asphalt in heaps at random locations all over town. Is there some mad street terrorist on the loose? Can we not put a stop to this vandalism? What is going on, anyway?
Please keep Kirkwood open to pedestrians and not cars during the pleasant weather season. This aligns with purported City goals and frankly is the only walkable shopping area for our municipality. An ordinance was passed with the presumption it would stay open to pedestrians.
On Rogers St South of Patterson, the obstruction was on the north bound lane without warning or chaperone. The flagger was stationed at the first roadside flag, the second was behind him amidst the construction area, there was not a third sign as required by law. This scene is after I parked, I got out to record the issue though there were finally people from the site moving the barricade. I have video that offers more information but this scene was incredibly dangerous.
Small dog is left outside in backyard of 500 S. Hawthorne all day and well into the night. The dog barks a lot, especially at night, and it's unclear whether anyone is present at home regularly. The dog used to get loose and run all over the neighborhood. It even bit a neighbor. This is a sadly neglected pet and should be saved from this cruel situation.
