If resources allow there are also potholes near the intersection of W Ross ct and W Ross Ln as well as at the start of the subdivision (intersection between timothy ct and Allen St) that could use some help as well. There is a roll off filled to overflowing with rotting garbage. Why are they using a private service? Why is this garbage allowed to collect. It has been this way for weeks. We have rats in the neiborhood and poor children live right across the street from here.

Massive amounts of rotting garbage in a private roll off. It has been overflowing for weeks, and is now worse than in this photo. There are children living across from this. Now the neighborhood has rats. Oh the city thinks this is okay cause it is just Broadview.

Large light brown Pitbull wandering through backyard around 10:00 PM on 6/1/2026, without collar, tags or leash of any kind. I wasn't able to take out my small dog before bed like usual due to fear of not knowing how the dog would respond. We aren't allowed to have bigger dogs like that in our neighborhood, so I'm not sure who the pitbull could belong to nearby. I wasn't able to get a picture of the dog, because it ran back and forth through my yard too quickly.

There is a piece of rebar sticking up out of the sidewalk along the Northside of Fairview Elementary School. My wife and I were walking to farmers market this past Saturday and she tripped on it, almost falling to the ground. This needs to be removed.

Right hand turn lane from Gifford onto curry. Cars are stopping for curry red light after turning right onto Curry from Gifford, forcing the turn lane traffic to stop on the tracks. There needs to be a sign preventing the turn lane from stopping at the intersecting red light. The same can be applied for traffic heading south on curry, crossing the tracks. Traffic will try and beat the red light and get stopped at the 3rd stoplight, completely blocking Gifford right hand turn lane from going anywhere when they get the green light.
