Can the city figure out a clearer pedestrian route to connect N.Woodburn to Old SR 37?

Two vehicles are parked with their tires on the sidewalk on Coolidge Dr. Another guest of the same residence is also parked on the other side of Coolidge, caddy-corner with the other two vehicles. It’s hard for large vehicles to get through, and a fire truck or emergency vehicle would have trouble getting through the tight space. The parking situation alongside this residence frequently causes trouble for pedestrians and motorists alike.
We live on a piece of property of about 5 acres roughly that are surrounded by neighborhoods that gives us approximately 19 neighbors. We understand water flow is inevitable through our property, but there’s two retention ponds for water on the two opposite sides coming from the same neighborhood that do not hold water and they completely drain through our property. The other issue we have is multiple neighbors have their sump pumps pipe that drains their water within a foot or so of our property draining into our property as well since we have bought this property it has gotten worse and the people around us on the other sides. Say it began after they finish building as the water retention ponds never worked properly.
At the end of our driveway, there is no culvert pipe to divert the water and it has since in the last couple years with the heavy rain, washed a massive ditch in between our driveway, which is an easement to the actual road a couple of times as you can see, they have brought the pavement up to, but even that it seems to be washing away on either side of our house. The driveways have a proper culvert that has been in place with pavement, put over it at the edges of their driveways and they do not wash out.
Untrimmed willow and vegetation on E 1st St side blocking sidewalk

I withness there broken sidewalk on Kirkwood it be hazard it before you pass bct
W Allen St between the B-Line and Walnut is very full of broken glass. I cannot ride my bike through here anymore without running over it. I know there's always going to be some amount due to the nature of the neighboring business, but it's particularly bad lately. I am hoping this can be cleaned up so this part of the greenway is more usable.
Regarding the work on the railroad bridge on north Adam street. This evening, a car came south through the construction area under the bridge. The driver got out and moved the barricade on the south end of the construction area just enough to pass and drove through headed south. Later, since that barrier was moved, a car went through that construction area headed north. It seems they are going under the bridge on the west side since there are supports under the east side, where the work is being done. I believe a third car drove into the constriction area then turned around before going under the bridge. These occurrences were between 9:25 pm and midnight.
I think this tree might be dying. It has brown spots on the leaves and doesn’t seem to be blooming. It is on the public property as my property ends at my fence line. I don’t think a trim will save the tree and believe it should be removed. Please come before branches fall and ruin fence.
