I have been contacted about 2 outstanding parking tickets. I have spoken with the collection agency to inform them that those tickets were paid and I gave them the confirmation number that the tickets were never delinquent. The person I spoke with didn't update their system with the confirmation numbers in order to follow up with you (on March 21, 2012) and they called me again today. I would like to email you the receipt that I received from your website when I paid. where do I find utility bill on line, my bills are paid through Quicken Bill Pay only. I use to sign in and get the bill, I don't see a place where to sign in on the new webpage.

there is a tree branch hanging on the power lines on E Hillside Dr, beween S Henderson St and S Woodlawn Ave. The tree branch looks like it is going to fall on the street anytime. It is dangerous for all cars driving on that part of the street everyday. Please take care of it before anyone gets hurt.

I commute to the IU campus by bike from Park Ridge via the Polly Grimshaw trail. Where is a cyclist to go once you arrive at the bypass at this point? I have tried crossing the bypass to get to 8th by carrying my bike, but I was reprimanded by a road worker. Given the closures and lane restrictions at 3rd, 10th, and 17th, and on the bypass, where is a cyclist to go from the end of this trail? Please advise - I feel less and less safe every day on my commute.
