Storm water drain at the northwest corner of E. Arden and Williams Ct. needs to be repaird. A hole about 1 ft. long/6 in. wide has formed around the drain grate.

Corner of 3rd and Jordan has extremely erratic traffic pattern. Most drivers treat it as a four way stop but many don't. As a result, it is very difficult to judge when to proceed if traveling north and south on Jordan. In addition, if east/west is treated as a flashing yellow, you can sit for several minutes waiting to proceed north or south.

Speed limit sign has graffiti on the back and on the pole. Pole says "Fuck snitches" and the back of the sign says some illegible names.
