I paid my son's 40.00 parking ticket #I1200280 on line May 9, 2012. Your website said that it did not go through. So I tried it again, and it said there was a problem with the credit card. I tried it one more time and it went through. Well... I received three receipts saying it was paid. So now I have paid 80.00 for a 40.00 ticket. Please check into this error and make the necessary changes as soon as possible. I hope that the 3rd receipt does not show up on my credit card. Why has the City issued a neighborhood parking permit to a vehicle that is larger than permitted by 15.32.070? The vehicle is parked in the 600 block of S. Eastside Drive. 15.32.070 - Certain vehicles—Two-hour limit. No person shall allow a truck, trailer, tractor, bus, housetrailer, semi-trailer, or other vehicle having a load capacity in excess of one ton, or a length in excess of nineteen feet, or a height in excess of six feet six inches, or a width in excess of seven feet to be parked upon the streets of the city in excess of two hours. This prohibition shall not apply to pick-up type campers. Any violation of this section is a Class C Violation and subject to the penalty listed in Section 15.64.010(c). (Ord. 82-1 § 1 (part), 1982).

Intersection of Westminster and Westminster Way West. Large potholes and flooding EVERYTIME it rains. Asphalt disintegrating. Notified through website last year following a tow and service of auto required because of existing problems. Also, HOA has inquired, but to no avail. Handicap cannot use this sidewalk nor can they cross road.
