I am the property manager at 1201 S. Grant St., and the property next to our at 1203 S. Grant has a lot of plant debris growing on our fence and our retaining wall. There is also a tree pushing against the fence and branches hanging over the fence. Hoping to know if it’s ok to at least cute off the branches over the fence on our side, and also to have the owner, which is Granite Student Living, take action on the invasives up against our fence and retaining wall. I have left a message with the compliance officer for our neighborhood, Steve Tamowitz. Thank you very much.
The traffic signal timing at S Deborah Dr. and W Tapp Road is not favorable. When drivers make a right-turn from S Deborah onto W Tapp, the light stays red for an unreasonably long time. Resident is requesting a study of the traffic signal timing at this intersection and a follow up on any findings made by city staff.
The electronic circle on the water meter is broken (included). Do you come and repair? Thanks

Winslow at Allendale is experiencing significant backed traffic due to bridge repairs on Rhorer Road. Could the Winslow Rd traffic sign be removed for a period of time to keep east and west traffic moving on Winslow road? I’m sure you may have additional ideas to keep traffic moving at high volume periods. Maybe a traffic cop could direct traffic? Thx for your attention to this problem
